Jennifer Grant is passionate about working with people from all walks of life to help them create a more vital, rich, full and meaningful life. In this work, Jennifer uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)- and related contextual behavioural therapies such as Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Comprehensive Behavioural Inervention for Tics (CBiT). ACT is a modern, science-based psychotherapy. Simple, effective and proven skills help you feel better and LIVE better. Jennifer has a special interest in chronic pain, neurodevelopmental disorders (including Tourettes), phobias, bipolar and complex PTSD.

When conventional therapies can't help, Jennifer uses a range of neurotherapies and other technologies to help the brain and nervous system better regulate.

Children, adolescents and their families as well as adults struggling with a range of life challenges benefit from therapy with Jennifer. Her approach is trans-diagnostic – we're humans not diagnoses. Jennifer also conducts cognitive assessments including intelligence, memory and attention. Jennifer's qualifications and expertise has earnt these post-nominals: MACPA, MAPS, FCCLP, BCN. Your thriving is more important to her than post-nominals.
