Andrew’s a highly experienced, compassionate psychologist whose practice is informed by drawing on his experience and synthesising this with the emerging psychotherapy and brain-science evidence base. He strongly values working collaboratively with his clients to enable them to better understand their problems and help them tap into their potential to heal and thrive.
Andrew is an Oxford-trained CBT practitioner who’s passionate about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and, compassion-focused therapy. He has special interests in trauma, depression, generalised anxiety, and panic attacks.
He’s in his element in the ocean and nature, and in his free time can be found kitesurfing or bushwalking with his family.
