Cath Grey

MSc(Mindfulness) DipCounselling, CertCoaching, CertMental Health: Counsellor

As a counsellor, Cath offers a warm, non-clinical space for reflection and self-discovery without the need for a referral or diagnosis. She brings both professional training and lived understanding to her work with people navigating loss, life transitions, stress, chronic conditions, or longing to live more intentionally. In her sessions, clients are supported to reflect on unhelpful patterns, explore new perspectives, and reconnect with meaning and purpose.

Her aim is not only to help people cope, but to walk alongside them as they find their own way forward in their own time. Sessions have no fixed program or time limit, allowing exploration at a pace that feels right for each individual.

Cath’s approach is flexible, client-led, and responsive to where each person is - whether that’s early in grief, years down the track, or during a major life change of another kind. She works collaboratively, drawing on counselling and psychological frameworks alongside mindfulness, compassion, and gentle inner exploration. Whether meeting in person or online, Cath supports clients to gather back the parts of themselves they may have hidden or lost so they can live with greater freedom and wholeness.
